Thanks For shopping at Indian Couture, we intend to make your shopping experience as flawless as possible while selecting and buying your favorite outfit. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when that is not possible and you might feel the need to return your product for any circumstances beyond your or our control. We have listed everything below about our Return, Exchange & Cancelation policy. So that in case you decide to cancel your order, or seek refunds, you do not face any problem
1) Our Smooth Return Policy:
- You can return or exchange your purchased product within 15 days from the day you have received the delivery with original condition, tags, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- For Exchange and return confirmation kindly email within 24 hour after receiving the delivery with product details (order number & reason for return), photos (for size issues images along with measuring tape showing size discrepancies are needed) and our Executive will contact you shortly. After 48 hours, we will not accept any returns.
- We are not providing Re-pick-up facility to your area. You have to return a product by your courier. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide credit / refund against product amount.
- We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
2) Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are allowed with a reason i.e. sizes or you don't like designs or the quality of product
- If you want to exchange a product you have returned through your own courier. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable as we are not providing a Re-pick-up facility.
3) Our Easy Cancelation Policy:
- To cancel an order you need to email us on email@example.com within 12 hours of you order being placed.
- Your product will be refunded and a confirmation will be sent to you via email.
- You can only cancel your order before the product has been shipped.
4) Terms and Condition for Return, Exchange & Cancelation:
- If there has been an error from our side like defected or a different product is received, in those cases we will provide a refund as per customers convenience.
- If we found in our Quality Check Department that the product is worn, washed, used or altered from the customers side then, we will not provide any credit amount against that product.
- If you need to change a size & colour after placing an order mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours.
- If the products are not liked by the customer then a customer can return the products within 15 days of goods received by customer. An email needs to be sent to email@example.com within 24 hours in order to return an item.
- Your refund will be initiated by us within 2 business days of receiving the request only if request is validated.
- Returns & Exchange are done free of cost if they are the wrong products (incorrect design), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered).
- For both cancelled orders & returned products ( due to incorrect design, wrong size or any other reason), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account ( Online banking, Credit card, Debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
