Delivery Information



All Indian Couture product prices are including door-door delivery anywhere in the United Kingdom or South Africa.

Indian Couture is committed to delivering your order accurately and on time.

Once we received payment into our bank account you will be notified regarding your shipment by email, if you need an urgent delivery after the payment process you can send us your proof of payment to for faster order processing.



- As soon as the product is dispatched we will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order. When the product is handed over to the Courier we will send you another notification.


- Indian Couture assures the customers that the delivery will take place as soon as possible but due to COVID-19 and inconsistent flight connectivity delivery may take up to 4 weeks. We ensure that delivery does take place within this time frame. 


- INDIAN COUTURE is committed to deliver your order accurately in good condition and always on time.

- If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail and give you a revised delivery time /or we can change your order /or refund 100% money back.

- Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. As due to certain regulatory and operational restrictions, we are unable to offer Cash on Delivery payment methods.

- We believe in express shipping and most of your orders are shipped within 4-6 working days once the order is placed except on weekend or on public holidays. However, a delay of 72 hours is possible from the designer / manufacturer in case of unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only.

- We deliver to all and any postal address in and around the United Kingdom or South Africa. We request you to provide a full street address with pin code / zip code and contact number.

- Due to natural calamities like Snowfall, Flood, Earthquake, Tsunami etc... In such circumstances, we would not be able to deliver products on time. In those cases only we may offer to give you Credit Note/Refund for an unfulfilled part of the order.



- Indian Couture is shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If a Courier Company fails to deliver, customers will not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours, but Indian Couture will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages after being left at a customer's address by postal / courier agency.

- If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 working days and after confirmation from customer that it has not arrived, then after we will reprocess / reship the order, but it will depend upon the product availability.



- Once an order is shipped from our side you cannot cancel the order.

- To cancel an order you need to cancel it in 12 hours of an order being registered.

- We will add a refund/ credit into your account within 48 hours after receiving a cancellation request.
